In addition, Chapter 10 focuses on suits against trustees and debtors in possession without leave of the bankruptcy court and the duty to comply with state law and to pay taxes. Analysis of the Bankruptcy Code: Each section of the Bankruptcy Code (11 U.S.C. ?? 101-1532) is covered in its own chapter, with chapter numbers keyed sequentially to Code section numbers.
